Tables and chairs are provided; however, we do not provide tablecloths. Tablecloths cannot be steamed on the tables during events at Casey Acres LLC.

The fireplaces are available for use/rental.

The maximum capacity for any event at Casey Acres LLC is 250 people.

The facility is equipped with heat and air.

We do have several props, available to rent, when you book your event. Items can be checked out before the event and someone needs to be responsible for returning the items at the end of the event. Name must be given to rent.

We do not allow fishing or anything thrown into the pond.

We do allow all types of send offs that are biodegradable; Please discuss at the time of your booking. We do not allow Chinese laterns, glitter, fake flower petals, streamers or confetti.

All children, under the age of 12, MUST be supervised at all times.

Alcohol is permitted at Casey Acres LLC. We allow beer, wine and champagne only. No glass beer bottles are allowed on the premises.

We do value everyone’s time; therefore, we ask that tours and pre-planning meetings are by appointment only.

Animals, other than Service Animals, are prohibited without prior approval.

Smoking/Vaping is allowed in designated outside area only.

All deliveries, for a rented event, are to be coordinated with the Event Coordinator/Director.

Casey Acres LLC reserves the right to modify sound level of music.
